Zero Cost .There is no application fee for submitting the DGSOP initial application. Any university tuition, official immigration fee, examination fee, document/legalisation cost, or third-party service fee is separate and will be communicated clearly where applicable.

DGSOP is an independent student opportunity initiative and is not the Dutch Government, IND, Nuffic, or a Dutch university, unless a specific official partnership is expressly identified on this website. Submission of an application does not guarantee university admission, scholarship, selection, MVV, residence permit or visa approval. For Dutch higher-education study residence permits, the relevant educational institution must meet IND requirements and submit the residence-permit application where applicable.
